Magnetically Optimized Absorber for Controlled RF Return Loss
HAOZHUO H‑100 Ferrite Tile Absorber Sheets are precisely manufactured to mitigate electromagnetic reflections across 30 MHz to 1 GHz, with absorption of 10–25 dB, and up to –38 dB at 100 MHz. The sintered ferrite tiles exhibit complex magnetic permeability nearly matching dielectric impedance, making them transparent in free‑space conditions. Mounted on a conductive backing, these sheets effectively "disappear" at normal incidence, optimizing chamber test accuracy in telecom, automotive, and aerospace sectors.
Tailored Design and Rugged Build Quality
Available in base panels of 100×100 mm with 5.2 mm or 6.7 mm profiles, each tile includes a 10 mm bore for easy mounting. Crafted from magnetically loaded silicone with halogen‑free, UL94 V‑0 rated ceramic, the sheets perform reliably from –51 °C to +191 °C. With Shore A hardness of 60–80, they’re both durable and UV-resistant. The tin‑plated adhesion and wooden-case shipping protect their smooth, gap-free fit—an all‑in‑one EMI absorber for HAOZHUO’s expanding range of emi filter manufacturer solutions.
Engineered for Test Chambers & Industrial Applications
From semi‑anechoic EMC rooms to RF shielded interiors, these absorber sheets provide a modular, scalable solution. Their lightweight (≈10 lb/ft²) design simplifies installation on walls, ceilings, floors, and adaptable hybrid absorbers (e.g. foam wedges plus ferrite). Certificated under CE and RoHS, they support industries requiring calibrated RF attenuation, including electronics labs, medical imaging facilities, industrial test environments, and government/military projects.
Product Advantages
Broadband EMI Absorption Performance:Typical attenuation includes –25.5 dB at 30 MHz, –38 dB at 100 MHz, and up to –10 dB at 1 GHz, achieving effective EMI containment across multiple bands.
Optimized for Semi‑Anechoic Chambers:Engineered to match free‑space impedance at normal incidence, reducing chamber wall reflections for accurate suppression and greater field uniformity.
Temperature & Fire-Resistant Materials:Operating range –60 °F to +375 °F (–51 °C to +191 °C), UL94 V‑0 flammability rating, halogen‑free formulation ensures lab-safety and longevity.
Precision Mechanical Design:Sintered ferrite tiles with strict 0.1 mm tolerances and 10 mm bore mounting holes enable tight, gap-free assemblies crucial for EMC compliance.
Modular & Scalable Format:Uniform 100 mm square sheets stackable for large coverage. Combined with foam absorbers, they enable hybrid configurations from 30 MHz to 40 GHz.
OEM & Chamber Builder Friendly:MOQ of ≥1,000 units, wooden case packaging, and high weekly output support large-scale projects—completely backed by HAOZHUO’s technical support and customization flexibility.

Ferrite Tile Application
· Used for EMC chamber
Based on the principle of having complex magnetic permeability equal (or nearly equal) to complex dielectric constant. Materials with this property exhibit an impedance equal to that of "free space" and therefore do not reflect radiated energy at normal incidence. Ferrite Tile can provide 10dB - 25dB of absorption between 30MHz and 1GHz. Tiles are thin (approximately 0.26 inches), but can be heavy (roughly 10 lbs per square foot).
