Engineered Precision for Critical EMC Testing Needs
The HAOZHUO H-100 Ferrite Tile Absorber is a precision-engineered, sintered ceramic electromagnetic absorber designed to meet the rigorous standards of modern semi-anechoic chamber configurations. Covering a wide frequency range from 30 MHz to 2 GHz, this tile ensures low insertion loss, high RF absorption, and reliable thermal resistance. It’s a crucial component for minimizing electromagnetic interference during compliance and pre-compliance EMC testing.
Exceptional Absorption and Thermal Stability
Made from sintered ferrite ceramics with exceptional permeability and high Curie temperature, this product delivers attenuation performance between 10dB to 25dB. It performs consistently even under high-power and high-temperature conditions up to 203°F (95°C), making it suitable for high-vacuum and continuous use environments. Its physical structure supports a dense, lightweight build, allowing for streamlined installation while maintaining optimal reflection suppression.
Built for Precision Labs and Industrial Facilities
Each tile measures 100mm x 100mm, with standard thicknesses of 5.2mm and 6.7mm. A bore diameter of 10mm and precise magnetic performance metrics—like an initial permeability of 5500 and a relative loss factor of 15 at 0.1MHz—ensure its integration into sensitive measurement environments without compromising accuracy or repeatability.
Product Advantages
High-Frequency Absorption Efficiency:Offers wideband attenuation between 30 MHz and 1 GHz, with absorption levels of up to -38 dB at 100 MHz. Ideal for use in radio wave and EMI shielding environments that demand high attenuation over multiple frequencies.
Thermal and Mechanical Stability:Capable of maintaining performance in high-temperature and vacuum environments without outgassing. High Curie temperature and coercivity allow prolonged use under stress with minimal distortion.
Compliance with Global EMC Standards:Engineered for global compatibility, including CE and RoHS certification. Follows MIL-STD-220A and other standards like MIL-STD-202 and MIL-F-15733, ensuring easy integration into certified facilities and commercial EMI test chambers.
Space-Efficient Design with High Density:Despite its compact 100x100mm footprint, the ferrite tile delivers dense electromagnetic suppression with a material density of 4.85g/cm³, minimizing the number of tiles needed per square meter and improving coverage uniformity.
Customizable and Scalable Supply:Available in model variants (Tile 52, Tile 67) with flexible MOQ (minimum 1000 pieces), and a consistent weekly supply capability of 1000 pieces per week, ideal for mass deployment in commercial EMC test facilities.

Ferrite Tile Application
· Used for EMC chamber
Based on the principle of having complex magnetic permeability equal (or nearly equal) to complex dielectric constant. Materials with this property exhibit an impedance equal to that of "free space" and therefore do not reflect radiated energy at normal incidence. Ferrite Tile can provide 10dB - 25dB of absorption between 30MHz and 1GHz. Tiles are thin (approximately 0.26 inches), but can be heavy (roughly 10 lbs per square foot).
